So, with the COVID-19 pandemic closing all the restaurants down, my “Scotty’s Snacks” column has been temporarily changed to “Scotty’s Skillet,” where I write out a new recipe each week to try out. And seeing as Spaghetti is a nice, simple, affordable dish, I decided I would start the series off with that. So, without further ado, I hope you enjoy the first edition of “Scotty’s Skillet”!
